spinach pear walnut salad

How to prepare:

  1. Add baby spinach, pomegranate arils to a large bowl.
  2. Brown some walnuts (or pecans) quickly in the oven & let them cool.
  3. When ready to serve, add the nuts and slices of fresh pear.
  4. Serve with cold-pressed olive oil or balsamic dressing on the side.
